Referrers
Every GP has their own area or interest and expertise.
Dr Grace Maano’s expertise is in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and she is very keen to support patient care by providing access to women’s health, sexual and contraceptive services while you maintain the role of being their GP.
As a GP-Obstetrician, patients do not require a referral to see Dr Grace Maano at the Mayo Specialist Rooms.
However, it is often helpful to get a letter from you detailing any relevant clinical information or suggested management for your patient. This letter can be emailed to myo.mncreferral@healthecare.com.au or given to your patient to bring to their appointment.
Dr Maano will endeavour to write back to you with information regarding any medications or procedures and copy results to you with your patient’s consent.
If you have specific questions or concerns about a patient that you would like Dr Maano to see – Dr Grace is also very happy to take a call. Please contact reception on : 02 6551 0722 and the staff will endeavour to assist.
